There are two ways to post your jobs at NicheMedicalJobs.com. You may request a NicheMedicalJobs.com Excel spreadsheet to maintain your jobs and submit updates or you can initiate a feed that automatically updates your jobs on NicheMedicalJobs.com anytime you make an update in your system.

Traditional job boards are considered destination sites and do little to nothing to get the right job in front of the right person.  We use a market segmentation and targeting approach to candidate marketing. We are experts at job marketing and distribution using a unique and proven combination of SEO and other methodologies.  Jobs are distributed on the central hub, but also on our network of affiliated & targeted Niche sites. Examples: HospitalistWork.com, LaboristJobs.com, Surgicalistjobs.com, and many other candidate-specific resource sites. In addition, we offer targeted monthly campaigns to all residency and fellowship programs, as well as our own database.    

Based on our research, job seekers-specifically physician candidates, do not like to register their personal information online. Too often, the result is them getting over 20 phone calls per day from different recruiters, making them sorry they posted their contact information in the first place. We obtain more candidate traffic because we do not require a candidate to enter personal information. We have done extensive testing on this process, and not requiring physicians to register results in 4 times the number of applies to current job listings.  We do capture candidate information and allow clients to reach out through sponsored monthly pre-scheduled campaigns to opt in candidates. This is the preferred method of contact by candidates.
