Can I search for candidates on your site?
Based on our research, job seekers-specifically physician candidates, do not like to register their personal information online. Too often, the result is them getting over 20 phone calls per day from different recruiters, making them sorry they posted their contact information in the first place. We obtain more candidate traffic because we do not require a candidate to enter personal information. We have done extensive testing on this process, and not requiring physicians to register results in 4 times the number of applies to current job listings. We do capture candidate information and allow clients to reach out through sponsored monthly pre-scheduled campaigns to opt in candidates. This is the preferred method of contact by candidates.

What if I receive an apply from a candidate that is already in our database?
At NicheMedicalJobs.com we hope that you will see the value in an application from a candidate that has re-surfaced and decided to actively seek opportunities. With large databases, it’s difficult to track the exact whereabouts and status of every candidate. Not all candidates in a database are considered active. We utilize a good faith relationship with our clients. With recruitment agencies, agencies are typically given credit if they resurface a candidate. The difference is with an agency, the average fee is 20k, vs. $15 with us.
What if I receive a candidate that I am actively working with?
Our goals are well-aligned with your goals. We want our site to perform and deliver candidates for all of your job postings. Job postings are clearly displayed with your logo to showcase your organization. Candidates that are actively engaged with employers typically do not apply for jobs with the same employers. In the unlikely situation, we would gladly not charge your account.
