How do you market to candidates?
Traditional job boards are considered destination sites and do little to nothing to get the right job in front of the right person. We use a market segmentation and targeting approach to candidate marketing. We are experts at job marketing and distribution using a unique and proven combination of SEO and other methodologies (considered our own Intellectual Property). Jobs are distributed on the central hub, but also on our network of affiliated & targeted Niche sites. Examples: HospitalistWork.com, LaboristJobs.com, Surgicalistjobs.com, and many other candidate-specific resource sites. In addition, we offer targeted monthly campaigns to all residency and fellowship programs, as well as our own database.
